About Grace Cloutier

Raised by a father in architectural design, general contracting, project management, and brokering sales of real estate in New England, Grace moved to Maryland for her bachelor's degree, master's degree, and her law degree. Grace managed a show jumping team (up to 1.20m), with numerous New England titles and awards. She developed a commercial sized equestrian boarding and schooling practice on her 17+ acre property in Maine. Through these experiences she developed a mindset for business organization, and structure. As of 2025, Grace manages her own, privately owned real estate investing business, with an expanding portfolio of 13 rental units (1 single family home with commercial equestrian facility (5 out buildings), 11 apartment units (1-4 bedrooms), 1 garage). Selling and leasing multiple millions of dollars worth of properties per year in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and upon referral to New England, and down south, (within all 50 states), Grace will offer the expertise, tricks of the trade, overall advice, and promptness these businesses all require.
